Lookit is the game's term for an outfit.
Character Requests
NPC characters can request Lookits with specific characteristics. Fulfilling their requests will net you one star, which helps build affinity. There are a maximum 3 stars for character lookits: you get one by default, one for meeting their requests, and one for color.

Use items (how many unknown) with colors

These requests may require the entire lookit have the harmony, so using just one neon item is not enough
